Tele2 plans Russian capex of $132 mln or more



Swedish telecom operator Tele2 plans to invest 1.1-1.3 billion Swedish crown ($131.8 million) in 2009 to expand its services in Russia, the firm said on Thursday.
"We are planning to expand investments in both new and our existing regions," Donna Kordner, the head of Tele2 Russia, told reporters. The company plans to expand its services by 10-12 Russian regions in addition to 17 it already covers.
