Akado Telecom Holding Group JSC (Comcor)


Akado Group (Comcor) was incorporated in 1992 under the Group Akado. It provides package TV, high-speed Internet and telephony (triple play) services for corporate subscribers and homes using advanced fibre optic technology.

AKADO-Stolitsa ZAO (previously COMCOR-TV) is an Akado Group company that offers telecommunications services in Moscow. Akado provides unlimited high-speed Internet access and over 100 digital TV channels (including NTV Plus, Russian terrestrial channels and AKADO LIVE) as well as digital telephony and radio services. Akado is Moscow’s leader in double play package telecommunications services (Internet + TV) and serves more than 800,000 homes in Moscow, Zelenograd and Lubertsy.

Akado Telecom

COMCOR OAO is a telecom operator in the Moscow region and joined Renova Media telecommunications group (now Akado Group) in June 2006. Akado Telecom provides data transfer, Internet access, digital telephony, corporate network architecture, data security, data centre services, digital transmission lines, TV rebroadcasting and digital audiovisual content transfer.

Akado Regions

Through Akado Regions, Akado Telecom group runs several regional media companies. Neva Cable Television Network ZAO (AKADO Neva), incorporated in July 2003, is a cable TV provider serving St. Petersburg's Central District and Vasilievsky Island via its own fibre optic lines. AKADO Neva currently serves over 40,000 subscribers in the city, who have access to 30 TV channels.

AKADO Ekaterinburg, established in August 2007, offers over 40 cable TV channels, high speed Internet access and residential telephony servies.

Cosmos TV is a joint venture established in 1993. It provides terrestrial TV services to the residents of Minsk. Cosmos TV began construction on its Metropolitan Cable TV Network (MCN) in Minsk in October 2000. MCN currently broadcasts 45 channels to more than 67,000 families in the Belarusian capital. MCN began high-speed Internet services in May 2005 and has since recruited over 11,000 subscribers. Cosmos TV is available in more than 230,000 Minsk homes.
